System Integrity & ERP Management: Ensure all inventory transactions, bills of materials (BOM), recipes, and stock adjustments are accurately and promptly logged in the inventory management system or ERP.
Supplier & Receiving Verification: Cross-check incoming deliveries from suppliers against purchase orders, delivery notes, and quality standards before inventory is accepted into the system.
Policy & Compliance Enforcement: Implement internal control policies to safeguard company assets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reducing exposure to theft or fraud.
Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly inventory valuation reports, aging stock reports, variance summaries, and asset audit findings to the finance department.
Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 6 to 11 years of proven experience in inventory control, cost accounting, or asset management, preferably within the hospitality, food & beverage, or restaurant industry.
