Sales Associate (ประจำห้าง One Bangkok)

1. Sales and Product Consultation

• Sell and recommend electronic products such as drones, cameras, stabilizers, and various accessories under the DJI brand
• Provide professional customer service, providing accurate, complete, and easy-to-understand product information

1. Store Area Maintenance and Daily Operations

• Responsible for opening and closing the store and strictly following the procedures defined by the company
• Perform duties assigned by the Store Manager with responsibility
• Monitor and drive sales to meet company targets

1. Inventory and Stock Management

• Inspect, maintain, and manage assigned product stock to ensure it is complete, accurate, and sufficient for sales
• Check product displays to ensure they are organized and convenient for providing information and customer service

1. Sales Reporting

• Prepare and summarize reports on sales situations, sales volume, and product information on a daily/weekly basis

1. General Service and Creating Good Customer Experiences

• Welcome customers with politeness and friendliness
• Observe customer behavior to understand their needs and provide appropriate assistance
• Prepare answers for frequently asked questions and be able to recommend products with confidence

1. Store Tidiness and Cleanliness

• Maintain cleanliness in the store area and ensure work equipment is always ready for use
• Clean immediately upon finding dirt and manage the area to be orderly and neat

Qualifications: Education: Vocational Certificate, High Vocational Certificate, or Bachelor's Degree At least 1 year of sales experience Strong determination in sales, a passion for service, and good interpersonal skills Able to communicate in basic English
