Project Coordinator – CCTV & Security Systems

• Support Project Managers and Project Engineers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring CCTV and Security Systems projects.

• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project schedules, progress, and deliverables to ensure activities are completed within the required timelines.

• Support the coordination of materials, manpower, and other resources required for project implementation.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and handover documents.

• Assist in tracking project risks, issues, and changes, and report updates to Project Managers.

• Support project testing, commissioning, handover, and closure processes.

• Perform other project-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience in project coordination, project support, or administrative work related to IT, CCTV, Security Systems, or technical projects.
3. Good organizational, planning, coordination, and time management skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and support several projects simultaneously.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
