Location: Nairobi Reports to: Directors / General Manager/ Manager

Responsibilities  Lead and mentor the kitchen brigade (Sous Chefs, Line Cooks, Stewards).  Design and execute seasonal menus showcasing local and continental flavors.  Manage food costing, inventory, supplier relationships, and kitchen budget.  Maintain exceptional food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.  Innovate with contemporary culinary techniques and plating.

Requirements  Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts.  Food Handlers Certification.  Minimum 5 years’ experience in fine dining or luxury establishments.  Expertise in both local and international cuisines.  Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills.

Salary Range: KES 50,000 – 70,000.
