KYC Operations - Contract

You will be part of the Client Experience organization within Operations. You will manage client onboarding mandates (institutional/Corporate), ensuring requests are project-managed and completed on time. The team collaborates closely with Sales, Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to deliver a seamless onboarding journey and exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do

As a Junior KYC Contract Staff, you will play a key role in supporting the onboarding of new clients. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain exposure to multiple business functions and learn the end-to-end onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Sales in prioritizing client onboarding requests
• Drive documentation and account opening processes from initiation to completion
• Act as the first point of contact for clients during onboarding
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Legal, Credit Risk, Compliance, Operations) to ensure smooth workflows
• Provide status updates to Sales and clients, ensuring transparency
• Escalate issues or bottlenecks promptly to relevant teams

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in the related discipline and with up to 2 year of experience in banking operations, client onboarding, or KYC
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics
• Energetic, adaptable, and able to use AI tools effectively to enhance workflows or reports output
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities
• Interest in financial markets and client service excellence
