Your tasks

FUNCTION You are responsible for inventory management and will be in the warehouse several times a day to receive and process goods.

Responsibilities

• You keep an eye on the inventory and coordinate with planning regarding which materials are needed for projects and technicians.
• You are responsible for ordering small materials for projects and parts for technicians.
• You follow up on deliveries and maintain contact with carriers and customers via email or telephone.
• You are responsible for warehouse management: receiving small materials and preparing them for carriers or technicians.
• You process incoming goods in the system.
• You are responsible for the monthly inventory reporting to the head office.
• You have a bachelor's degree or an equivalent level through experience.
• You have experience in a related position.
• You communicate fluently in English and have knowledge of French.
• You are hands-on, able to maintain a good overview, and work accurately.
• You work well independently but are also a team player.
