PRODUCTION WORKER

The Production Worker is responsible for assisting in the processing, sorting, cleaning, packing, and handling of fruits and other related products. The position ensures that all products meet the company's quality standards, food safety requirements, and production targets while maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the processing and preparation of fruits and fruit-based products.
• Sort, inspect, wash, peel, cut, and prepare fruits according to production requirements.
• Operate production equipment and machinery when properly trained and authorized.
• Assist in filling, packing, sealing, labeling, and arranging finished products.
• Check products and packaging materials for defects and report any quality issues to the immediate supervisor.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the production area and equipment.
• Handle raw materials and finished products properly to prevent contamination and damage.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and daily production targets.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• At least a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Physically fit and capable of performing production-related tasks.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including overtime when required.
