Engineer (New graduates welcome / Experienced)

New Model Preparation

• Study and design assembly guidelines for workpieces
• Evaluate and define requirements for JIGs and Automation systems
• Review product designs (3D) and prototypes to provide feedback to the production department
• Analyze problems occurring during trial production and evaluation, based on design specifications

Quality Improvement

• Analyze problems and implement corrective measures to eliminate defects in the production line
• Perform 4M change management and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) data

Production Optimization

• Drive and support Automation Assembly projects to increase operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Male or Female
• Communicative English skills
• Good skills in using Power BI and 3D design programs (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
• Leadership, logical thinking skills, and a positive attitude
• Flexibility in working and time management skills
