After Sales Service / Spare Parts Clerk (m/f/d)

For our renowned customer at the location 4020 Linz, we are looking for 1 After Sales Service / Spare Parts Clerk (m/f/d) to strengthen the team, starting immediately.

Area of responsibility:

• Processing of repair and spare parts orders

• Obtaining, comparing, and processing of quotations

• Execution and management of orders

• Creation of delivery notes

• Telephone customer contact

• Coordination with suppliers

• Complaint management

• Compilation of spare parts deliveries

Requirement profile:

• Completed commercial or technical training (Apprenticeship, BMS, BHS)

• Initial professional experience in a similar area

• Very good MS-Office skills

• Good English skills

• Quick comprehension

• Independent working style

• Communication and teamwork skills as well as enjoyment in contact with suppliers and customers
