Grover Precision | Machine Operator II | Oxford, Maine  Grover Precision is seeking a Machine Operator II to join its manufacturing team in Oxford, Maine. 

Job Summary:  The Machine Operator II role is ideal for an experienced manufacturing professional who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and operating a variety of production equipment. This position offers the opportunity to work independently, develop advanced machining skills, and contribute to producing high-quality precision components.

What We Offer: $24 - $30 per hour

$500 Sign-on Bonus!

Weekly Pay

8-hour First Shift, Monday-Friday (5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. start)

Overtime available, including double-time after 48 hours

Qualifications: 2-5 years of manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions and mechanical drawings

Basic math skills

Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently

Strong attention to quality, safety, and production standards

Ability to perform physical job duties in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities and Scope: Safely and independently operate at least two types of production equipment or manufacturing cells

Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

Monitor production processes and report quality or equipment concerns

Track machine time and production activity using a kiosk clocking system

Obtain required quality inspections and sign-offs throughout the manufacturing process

Assist with training and onboarding new machine operators as needed

Perform production support functions including material cutting, facing, straightening, drilling, polishing, blasting, and inventory handling

Coordinate with supervisors, inspectors, and coworkers to ensure efficient workflow and production schedules

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
