Skill Harvest is an English education platform for students aged 3–18, based in Bandung. We implement playful learning to deliver engaging and effective English lessons with a strong focus on speaking skills. We help learners become more confident English speakers while having fun along the way. We are currently looking for a Full-Time English Teacher to join our team.

Requirements

  • Female, 22–30 years old.
  • Not currently enrolled in a university or college.
  • Good attitude, cheerful, and genuinely enjoys working with children and teens.
  • Enjoys teaching students aged 3–18.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English. Classes are conducted fully in English.
  • Able to speak clearly and naturally in front of students, with accurate grammar and good pronunciation.
  • An English proficiency certificate is required (TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, or EF SET).
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in any major. A degree in Education or an English-related field is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, provided they have at least 6 months of teaching experience through part-time work, internships, freelance teaching, or volunteering.
  • Creative and resourceful in developing teaching ideas and activities.

Job Describtion

  • Teach English to students aged 3–18.
  • Create a fun and engaging classroom environment through play, storytelling, songs, games, and crafts.
  • Effectively use provided teaching media and learning tools, such as toys, TV, videos, and storybooks.
  • Help students improve their speaking, grammar, reading, and writing skills according to their age and level.
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve classroom activities and learning materials.
