The position: Replenishment Officer / Supply Management Specialist

As part of a team of 3 Replenishment Officers, you will play a key role in optimizing product flows for all 5 of the company's warehouses. Your objective? Ensure efficient replenishment and an up-to-date product database, working closely with the purchasing, sales, and management teams.

Your main missions:

  • Manage replenishment needs and ensure product availability;
  • Ensure compliance with framework contracts and negotiated purchasing conditions;
  • Manage stock quality, identify dormant stock, and propose action plans;
  • Manage the replenishment process from order to receipt, and ensure the monitoring of inter-warehouse transfers;
  • Manage and update the product database;
  • Propose continuous improvement opportunities regarding replenishment management and cost optimization

Profile sought

🎓 Bac+3 in logistics, commerce, or equivalent experience ✅ Desired experience level 3 to 5 years in a similar role

💡 Your assets:

  • Perfect mastery of Excel (really perfect!) and office tools, ERP
  • English B2
  • Knowledge of transport flows and customs procedures (Intercoms, customs clearance)
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
