You have at least one season of experience in a similar position. You speak English and are comfortable interacting with an international clientele. You are dynamic, smiling, organized, and have a sense of contact and customer service. You enjoy teamwork and the mountain environment.

Your missions Welcome and inform customers. Identify the needs and level of the customer in order to propose the equipment adapted to their practice. Advise customers on the choice and use of equipment. Handle payments. Use management and rental tracking software. Prepare, check, and return rental equipment. Participate in the proper maintenance of the rental fleet. Perform the sale of equipment and accessories. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job conditions Contract: winter season Working hours: 42 hours per week Rest: 1.5 days per week
