Lead FP&A
🌰Skello in brief
At Skello, we develop the leading HR solution to plan and manage field teams.
In Europe, field teams represent 50% of workers, but only 20% of digital solutions are truly addressed to them.
Skello was born to fill this gap: a collaborative and intuitive platform that simplifies the daily lives of managers and employees by optimizing and automating key tasks.
We put field teams at the heart of everything we do. With intelligent tools like our Skello Assistant and our smart planner, we respond directly to their unique needs.
Our ambition is simple: to become the must-have HR solution for all field teams in Europe. 🚀

We are looking for a Lead FP&A to structure and drive our financial performance.
You will be a key player in the company's financial trajectory, in a context of strong growth and rapid evolution of the Finance activity (implementation of an ERP, rapid improvement of processes, increasing importance of performance management).
What you would do here 👇🏼
1. Closing & Reporting - Guaranteeing the reliability of our financial data
- In connection with the accounting team and various VPs, manage monthly closings with rigor and high standards, following a logic of continuous improvement of our efficiency and reliability.
- Produce and ensure the reliability of our consolidated reporting (P&L, cashflow, balance sheet) within the context of the implementation of an ERP.
- Analyze variances (actual vs budget/forecast), identify performance levers, and propose concrete action plans to operational teams.
- Build and maintain dashboards, allowing our teams and the CODIR to manage performance in real-time and make the best decisions.
- Budgetary management & forecasting — Driving the financial trajectory
- Lead our budgeting process: build, challenge, and manage the annual budget as well as semi-annual reforecasts.
- Act as a business partner to different teams to help them manage their resources and performance.
- Anticipate financial needs through reliable and updated cash flow forecasts.
- Modeling & strategic analysis — Transforming data into levers for action
- Build and maintain financial models and scenario simulations to guide strategic decisions.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support our business decisions: pricing, customer/project profitability, HR structure, resource allocation.
- Formulate concrete recommendations resulting from these various analyses.
4. Team and project management
- Supervise, coach, and grow an FP&A Analyst and an intern, promoting their autonomy and skill development.
- Uphold a culture of excellence, curiosity, and collaboration, and act as a driver for the transformation of the finance function.
- Work in close collaboration with the accounting and FinOps teams to constantly improve the reliability of processes & financial reporting.
What we would like to find in you 😍
- You have a minimum of 7 years of experience, ideally with a mix of TS/consulting and corporate experience as an FP&A.
- You master Google Sheets and financial modeling inside out (complex datasets, scenarios, sensitivity analyses).
- You are very comfortable with accounting, and can communicate without difficulty with our lead accountant to make adjustments.
- You have an appetite for AI, seeking to exploit all its possibilities to optimize the team's daily performance.
Beyond technical skills, what we are really looking for is:
- unwavering rigor and high standards, combined with a true sense of priorities
- the ability to transform complexity into simple and impactful messages
- excellent communication, capable of adapting to all interlocutors (founders, Comex, field teams)
- proactivity, curiosity, and a true sense of business
- natural leadership and a sincere desire to help others grow
- solid professional English to communicate with our international investors and stakeholders
