Currently, we are looking for a Treasury Business Partner to strengthen the finance team. A little more about the Finance team:
It is the team that stands behind the scenes of every successful unicorn. We provide "turnkey" solutions for all financial matters for businesses of any complexity and manage relationships with stakeholders from different countries to take their payment processes to a qualitatively new level.
What challenges await:
- In this role, you will be the Treasury partner for the businesses assigned to you — helping them ensure the stable operation of the financial infrastructure and gradually developing the Treasury direction.
- Operational management of business Treasury processes: daily payments and payouts, working with bank accounts and corporate cards, transaction control, and resolving operational issues;
- Working with banks and payment partners: opening and managing accounts, preparing documents, communicating with banks, and finding solutions for business needs;
- Supporting and developing businesses: participating in the launch of new projects, building payment infrastructure, optimizing Treasury processes, and gradually transitioning to independent management of small businesses and startups. Participation in the processes of automating payments and their reconciliation in the ERP system;
What is important to us:
- A desire to develop in Treasury and be a partner to the business, rather than just performing operational tasks;
- 1+ year of experience in finance, banking, accounting, or financial operations;
- English Intermediate+;
- Financial / economic education or being a senior-year student;
- Systemic approach, attention to detail, and readiness to gradually take on more responsibility for businesses.
What will be an advantage:
- Experience working with banks / payment systems;
- Experience working with international payments and corporate cards;
- Experience in product IT;
- Experience in optimizing or automating financial processes;
- Interest in working with startups and building processes from scratch.
