Now we are looking for a Senior Treasury Manager to raise the bar of results together. Challenges awaiting in this role: — Effective liquidity management: operational and strategic management of short- and medium-term liquidity in bank accounts and other fintech solutions; — Optimization of large-scale flows: control of large cross-border transfers (sweeps) and systemic infrastructure top-ups to ensure the seamless continuity of the business; — External partnerships: building and managing relationships with traditional banks, payment providers, custodians, and OTC platforms; — Development of internal controls: development and implementation of internal operational policies, liquidity limits, and risk management systems; — Breaking blockers: supporting complex or non-standard treasury requests, navigating bank compliance, and onboarding new solutions.
What you will influence: — The financial stability of the company through smart allocation of working capital on a global level; — The speed, flexibility, and cost of scaling the payment infrastructure; — The efficiency of management decision-making through the creation of in-depth analytics and liquidity forecasts.
What is important to us: — 5+ years of experience in treasury management, corporate finance, or liquidity in fintech, IT, or banking sectors; — Deep expertise in multi-currency liquidity management, cash pooling, and understanding the operating models of traditional banks; — Experience in successful interaction and negotiation with banks, financial institutions, and licensed providers; — Advanced Excel level and skills in visualizing complex financial data; — English language at B2+ / C1 level (for free conduct of business negotiations with international banking institutions).
It will be an advantage: — Experience working with virtual assets; — Experience in optimizing or building a treasury function from scratch in fast-growing companies.
