What is worth knowing about SKELAR? It is a venture builder — in other words, a company that builds companies. With us, founders create consumer businesses that become leaders in global markets such as EdTech, Mental health, Petcare, FashionTech, and others.

Skelarians build tech products that receive recognition from Product Hunt, The Webby Awards, and thousands of positive reviews on TrustPilot. Overall, the tech products of our businesses are used by 10+ million people worldwide.

All thanks to strong teams, because our specialists are the key value of SKELAR.

To enable professional realization, we have created an environment with expertise and unlimited opportunities — and we are looking for those who crave challenges.

ABOUT SPIRIO

We are building a Spiritual Growth Platform — digitizing Eastern practices so that a person can experience a transformational retreat anywhere. Our concept is "a retreat in your pocket." We operate in the global B2C subscription market, where learning speed, product quality, and marketing efficiency determine growth rates.

What we have already achieved:

  • 250,000+ subscribers, a community of 300,000+ on social networks
  • iOS and Android apps with a 4.8 rating in the US, product available in 8 language locales
  • Found unit economics in 2024, grew exponentially in 2025
  • A team of 50+ people from top tech companies, with 25+ in marketing

For us, this is fundamental: we are highly product-oriented, and the product truly delivers value — people feel real transformation, return, and recommend it. This is a rarity in marketing: you won't have to embellish what isn't there. Behind your work stands a product that the audience actually uses and believes in.

Together with the growth of the product, we are expanding the Growth team and looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will help transform this vision into a scalable system.

Role Mission: You will be responsible for the full funnel cycle — from the first ad click to subscription payment and upsells — with direct ownership of CR and LTV for your area.

Challenges awaiting you:

— Drive the full end-to-end funnel cycle: quiz → paywall → checkout → upsell — from hypothesis to launch, testing, and analyzing the impact on business metrics;

— Diagnose user drop-off points at specific steps and prioritize hypotheses based on expected impact;

— Design and iterate on paywall and upsell screens — offer structure, urgency triggers, upsell sequencing;

— Run a structured A/B testing engine: formulating hypotheses, test design, statistical interpretation of results, translating into go/no-go decisions;

— Analyze the impact of price changes on CR and LTV across funnel steps; distinguish the effect of price from Meta relearning or changes in traffic quality;

— Conduct cohort and retention analysis: cancel rate, cohort quality depending on traffic source or marketing angle;

— Formulate and validate new marketing angles — the connection between creative, quiz content, and the value proposition for a specific audience segment;

— Conduct competitive analysis of the niche and look for new growth points;

— Collaborate closely with performance, design, analytics, and development, and analyze key funnel and monetization metrics.

What is important to us:

— 2+ years of experience in Growth/Performance Marketing in digital products with a subscription model (D2C, mobile apps, or SaaS).

— Practical experience conducting A/B and multivariate tests: independent formulation of hypotheses, launching experiments, analyzing results, and understanding statistical significance.

— Strong expertise in funnel and monetization metrics: confident understanding and analysis of CR at all funnel stages, CPA, ROI, LTV, ARPU, payback period, churn, and refund rate.

— Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or analogues): independent analysis of funnels, cohorts, and user behavior without constant support from an analyst.

— Conversion copywriting skills: experience writing and optimizing copy for landing pages, quizzes, paywalls, upsells, and other conversion elements of the product.

— English level — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

It will be an advantage:

— Experience with quiz-based funnels: launching, optimizing, and scaling marketing funnels using quizzes as a key conversion element.

— Experience in relevant niches: spiritual wellness, self-help, health & wellness, EdTech, or other consumer subscription products with a similar audience and business model.

At SKELAR, we have built an environment for professional self-realization:

  • SKELAR Platform. This is the operational core of the venture builder that helps founders move faster from zero to one. This allows business teams to focus on the product — while 10+ teams within the Platform cover Legal, Finance, HR, Admin, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, IT, and others.
  • Networking and knowledge sharing as part of the culture. Among our colleagues are co-founders who have launched more than one business, as well as the strongest specialists in the market. Thus, we have access to the necessary expertise at our fingertips.
  • Exclusive domain education. We have created our own training programs for teammates to choose from — from a 2-month school for beginner managers to intensives on AI and professional clubs for development, product management, etc.
  • Impact on systemic aid to Ukraine. We have the SKELAR foundation, created by the Skelarians themselves — and thanks to every employee, we implement important social projects. For example, we founded the first accelerator for veterans in Europe https://veteranventure.skelar.tech/ and are forming a platform to support veterans at the state level.
  • An ecosystem for productive work. For Skelarians, we have created spaces that inspire results — with our own gym, climbing wall, green zones in Bali, and libraries. In spaces where service, security, and comfort are synchronized with the growth pace of the teams, we get a wow-experience and work more effectively.
  • Care for daily comfort. Breakfast, lunch, access to sports training in Kyiv or partial compensation for classes in Warsaw, medical insurance, paid business trips if the role specifics require them, and corporate discounts from partners.

We will tell you more during our introductory meeting.

We invite you to build the next big everything at SKELAR together!
