Currently, we are looking for a Personal Assistant who will become a key partner for the CEO of the business in supporting operational tasks, coordinating business trips and events, optimizing processes, and freeing up the top manager's time to focus on strategy and business growth.
What is important to us? — At least 2 years of work experience as an Assistant, Executive Assistant, Admin, or similar; — English level: from Intermediate; — We are looking for a proactive person — capable of anticipating the CEO's needs and finding opportunities to optimize his time; — Highly developed organizational and communication skills; — Flexibility and efficiency in multitasking, quickly setting priorities and managing time.
Areas of responsibility: — Performing tasks from the CEO (from gifts for business partners to organizing complex logistics); — Support with personal requests; — Assistance in organizing business and personal trips (booking tickets, hotels, transfers, organizing business events (from meetings with partners to turnkey business trips), searching and booking restaurants, generating leisure ideas); — Analyzing information according to CEO requests and structuring it; — Searching for and generating gift ideas for business partners, colleagues, friends, etc.
