SKELAR Platform is the operational core of the venture-builder, helping founders move faster from zero to one. While business teams focus on the product, 15+ teams within Platform provide turnkey Legal, Finance, HR, Admin, Talent Acquisition, Communications, IT, and other functions for the entire ecosystem.
We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant in SKELAR Platform.
You will become the right hand of the business CEO — the one who keeps dozens of tasks in focus simultaneously and gives the CEO space to think about strategy, rather than logistics.
What challenges await you:
— You will perform and coordinate operational, administrative, and organizational tasks for the CEO — from selecting gifts for partners to supporting complex projects;
— You will support the CEO in personal requests that require prompt solutions, information searching, or coordination of contractors;
— You will organize business and personal trips turnkey: booking flights, hotels, and transfers, preparing itineraries, and planning meetings and business events;
— You will conduct research and analysis of information based on CEO requests, preparing comparisons, recommendations, and concise conclusions for decision-making;
— You will select and coordinate gifts for partners and colleagues — from idea generation to monitoring purchase and delivery;
— You will seek solutions for non-standard tasks by interacting with internal teams, contractors, and external partners.

— Responsibility and ownership — you bring tasks to a result without losing them during the execution stage;
— Ability to quickly find information, analyze data, and structure conclusions and recommendations.
