Currently, we are looking for a Junior Operations Manager for our team in Warsaw.
Challenges awaiting you:
- supporting the operational part of business tasks
- analyzing key metrics and warning signals and providing recommendations
- optimizing processes in cross-team policies and flows
- automating manual and routine processes
- active interaction with cross-functional teams - finance, legal, product, analytics
What is important to us:
- 1+ years of work experience in FMCG/ consulting/ finance/ operations management in positions such as auditor, consultant, analyst, etc.
- Confident knowledge of Excel/Google Spreadsheet
- Ability to analyze large volumes of information
- Attention to detail
- English proficiency at B2 level
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly formulate thoughts
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes

- Experience working with Tableau
