Trust&Safety is the department that works on reducing risks, preventing harm to users and overt fraud, and helping to create a culture of care, safety, and positive experience around and within the company's platform and services.
What do we offer?
The schedule has a cyclical rotation – 3 working days / 3 days off (on average 15–16 shifts per month).
Work cycle structure:
- 1st day (Day shift): 07:00 – 15:00
- 2nd day (Evening shift): 15:00 – 23:00
- 3rd day (Night shift): 23:00 – 07:00
- 4-6 days (Days off)

An additional advantage will be knowledge of other languages (Spanish, Chinese, French, German, Portuguese) or previous experience working as a content moderator.
What challenges await you:
— Moderate content on the website: media and text content, other services, as well as performing verification of user accounts; — If necessary, join other tasks: maintaining the knowledge base, additional content checks, specifically for training ML models, conducting research, etc.; — Collaborate with the user support team and other related departments.
