Our International Reporting and Tax Compliance Team is looking for a Finance & Reporting Analyst who will help us improve the process of building financial reporting for the SKELAR group of companies across various jurisdictions (EU, UK, US, Asia).

- Having the opportunity to make decisions quickly and implement ideas promptly — minimum bureaucracy in decision-making
Your area of responsibility will include:
- Coordination of financial reporting audits: being responsible for the audits of group companies: preparation of financial statements, communication with auditors, and resolving issues that arise during the audit.
- Preparation of financial reports: preparing standalone and consolidated financial statements on a regular basis.
- Ensuring tax compliance:
- Tax reporting: collaborating with external accountants and tax consultants in the process of preparing and filing income tax returns
- Preparation of tax burden forecasts: gathering information from stakeholders, preparing planned P&L, and communicating with external consultants to ensure tax compliance
- Monitoring compliance with target ETR indicators
- Development and implementation of new processes: analyzing current processes through the lens of business challenges, preparing options for improving the existing system, implementing changes, and collecting feedback
- Structuring operations: participating in projects regarding the structuring of internal and external operations
- Project leadership: managing other projects related to compliance, as needed, depending on business priorities
What is important to us:
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in leading international audit firms (Big-4/Tier-2) or in the finance departments of international companies
- Experience in preparing/verifying all forms of financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- High level of self-organization and the ability to successfully manage several projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
- English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher
- Proficient use of Excel and other MS Office / Google tools
- Possession of international qualifications such as ACCA, CFA, CIMA (completed or in progress) — will be a significant advantage
