CRO/Monetization Manager - RiseGuide
RiseGuide is an expert-powered self-improvement app for those who want to become the best version of themselves.
We are building a microlearning product based on insights and principles from outstanding role models. Our users develop charisma following the examples of Michelle Obama and Steve Jobs, upgrade cognitive skills using frameworks from Jim Kwik and Barbara Oakley, and acquire good habits following the rules of Kobe Bryant and Mel Robbins.

To achieve this goal, we are looking for a CRO/Monetization Manager who will develop the Product Marketing zone and help turn all our ambitious plans into real achievements.
We had a great Q5 and are actively scaling, growing 5x over the past year. Currently, there is no single person responsible for the Product Marketing zone; UA Managers and creative marketers launch tests through our funnel builder, which we developed in-house.
We understand that such a model has ceased to be effective, so you have a unique chance to lead the Product Marketing zone. You will join the marketing team leaders of a promising scale-up, which offers great opportunities for career development and realizes your entrepreneurial spirit.
Challenges awaiting you:
— Manage the full cycle of marketing funnel development and optimization: from idea generation to launch, testing, analyzing results, and scaling; — Formulate hypotheses and improve the Value Proposition of funnels based on a deep understanding of target audience needs and business goals; — Prioritize and implement initiatives that impact the growth of key metrics; find effective Growth Hacks and achieve target ROI; — Conduct deep competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and strengthen marketing strategies; — Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to implement initiatives.
What is important to us:
— 1+ year of experience in a Product Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or similar role; — Confident analytical skills: working with metrics, analytical tools, and the ability to formulate hypotheses and verify them through experiments; — Experience in conducting A/B tests, user research, and competitive environment analysis; — Ability to effectively collaborate with product and engineering teams and influence the decision-making process; — English B2+
