The Junior Systemadministrator (m/w/d) position at a glance

Your tasks:

Designing an efficient and secure IT infrastructure in exchange with experienced colleagues

Installing and updating our server, client, and application landscape

Managing and further developing the network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN) as well as our virtualization environment

Administrating the Windows domain (e.g., WSUS, Active Directory incl. GPOs, etc.)

Problem analysis and support during malfunctions

Testing and evaluating new IT technologies and products

Analyzing system requirements and identifying optimization potential

Checking and designing data backup/restore

Supporting IT audits

Supervising IT security

Creating or maintaining technical documentation, e.g., manuals, IT guidelines, concepts, etc.
