The Dispatcher (m/f/d) position at a glance

Your tasks:

• Processing customer orders
• Trouble-free, on-time, and economical dispatching of orders, vehicles, and technical aids
• Monitoring and active accompaniment of the tours
• Monitoring of working time regulations
• Creation of all required transport documents
• Contact person for customers, drivers, and partners

What you bring to the table:

Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally for freight forwarding and logistics services

Experience in dispatching as well as in the purchasing of cargo space

Knowledge of markets and freight carriers as well as knowledge of vehicle technology and geography

Independent, customer-oriented, and cost-oriented way of working

Teamwork skills, assertiveness, negotiation skills

English skills

Good PC skills (Microsoft Office, experience with freight exchanges etc.)
