ERP & Digitalization Project Manager M/F

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Missions Within the IT department, you will actively participate in the company's digital transformation and play a key role in the deployment and evolution of its business tools. Your first major challenge: contributing to the migration from the current ERP Divalto to Sage X3, in close collaboration with another experienced Project Manager. More broadly, you will become a preferred contact for operational teams and support projects from the expression of needs to their production launch. In this capacity, your missions are as follows:

• You actively participate in the implementation of the solution, the preparation and transfer of data from Divalto to Sage X3; and also support the various phases of testing, startup, and stabilization.
• You facilitate the adoption of tools by business teams, transmit best practices to them, and promote optimal use of the ERP.
• You take charge of technical and functional incidents reported by users, analyze their needs, and manage requests for evolution and improvement.
• You contribute to the deployment of the Group's strategic projects regarding IT-PLC interfaces, EDI, reporting, and more broadly business applications.
• You ensure the link between users, IT teams, as well as the various internal and external stakeholders involved in your projects.
• You write and maintain technical documents, procedures, operating modes, and support materials for users.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Required Profile With a degree at the Bac+3 to Bac+5 level in IT, industrial management, or an equivalent field, you have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally acquired in an industrial environment as part of an ERP deployment, migration, or evolution project. You have a good knowledge of ERP environments; experience with Sage X3 would be particularly appreciated. You are also comfortable with databases, SQL language, and Management Studio, and understand the principles of interfacing between different applications. Beyond your technical expertise, we are looking for someone capable of bridging the gap between IT and business operations. You enjoy listening, understanding a need, translating it into a concrete solution, and supporting users through change. Curious, rigorous, and autonomous, you enjoy teamwork, know how to coordinate different stakeholders, and demonstrate pedagogical skills in your exchanges.
