We're supporting hospitals nationwide, ensuring clean, well-ventilated, and heated spaces that aid patient recovery. We help cut energy use, carbon emissions, and waste costs, drawing on global best practice from over 400 healthcare projects. We are currently looking for an Operations Co-ordinator, who will be responsible for controlling operational activities in relation to the facilities management services at Walsall Manor Hospital. As the Operations Co-ordinator, you will: Ensure that works are monitored effectively and issued out to labour resource in a timely and effective manner. Review engineers notes and service reports in relation to the maintenance services across site, appropriately escalating issues identified. Engage with maintenance operatives and sub-contractors in connection with maintenance services across site including working alongside Estates Officers, Operations Manager, Technical Manger and Lifecycle Manager. Ensure additional works tasks are raised for further attendance and where required quoted for in a timely manner. Management of the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System. Ensuring asset replacements are highlighted and captured within the CAFM and escalated to the Operations Manager where required. Ensuring labour is scheduled and utilised in an effective manner. We are looking for: Ideally, previous experience within a scheduling role and working with CAFM systems. Previous experience within facilities services. Proficient IT skills including the use of Microsoft packages. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Evidence of forming and maintaining good stakeholder relationships.
