SAP FICO Support

Location: Jakarta , Puri Kembangan – Full Onsite Contract: Initial 12 months, with possibility of extension Joining: ASAP / 2 weeks’ notice Requirements: SAP FICO Support – ICC6 Responsibilities Provide daily functional support for SAP FICO module (FI & CO) in ICC6 environment. Handle incident, service request, troubleshooting, and issue analysis related to: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Cost Center & Profit Center Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Monitor and resolve integration issues between FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP. Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions aligned with business processes. Perform SAP configuration and enhancement support based on approved change requests. Coordinate with technical/ABAP team for debugging, enhancement, and development activities. Conduct testing activities (SIT/UAT) and support deployment process. Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and configuration documents. Provide user training and knowledge transfer to key users/business users. Ensure ticket handling and resolution
