About the position As Managing Director for the Construction and Civil Engineering business area (CEG B&C), you will have overall responsibility for the business units in Norway, Sweden, and internationally. You will be responsible for a team of 25 employees distributed across several countries and cultures. Turnover is 200 mill NOK, and the goal is to double this by 2029. The position involves holistic responsibility for operations, sales management, strategy, and business development, as well as the further development of the company's market position and culture. You will report to the Group CEO in CEG and be part of the group's management team.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic and operational leadership of CEG Norway and international sales companies
• General Manager role for Ankerløkken Equipment AS
• Sales management and operational sales-oriented work
• Further developing the business's sales organization and market strategy
• Further developing strong brands and customer loyalty in collaboration with the group management

Desired qualifications

• Higher education in technical subjects or economics
• Solid commercial experience and documented results from sales management
• Experience with international sales and distribution via dealers
• Understanding of industrial production and technically oriented products
• Very good Norwegian and English skills, oral and written

Personal qualities We are looking for a confident, trustworthy, and result-oriented leader with good commercial instinct, strategic understanding, and strong execution ability. You thrive on working operationally with customers, building teams, creating structure, and developing people. The role requires high work capacity, decisiveness, and the ability to motivate and lead across countries.

Terms

• Competitive fixed salary
• Car arrangement / company car by agreement
• Flexibility in working hours and location, but regular presence in Gjerstad is expected
• Extensive travel in the Nordics and Europe must be expected
