IT Datacenter Technician / Fluent English - M/F

Description:

Our client, a specialist in the operation of critical infrastructures, is recruiting an IT Datacenter Supervision Technician (NOC) - M/F to join a team based in eastern Lyon. You will work within a next-generation datacenter, designed to host high-demand technological environments, particularly those related to intensive computing and artificial intelligence. In this context, you will operate on a strategic site where availability, reliability, and operational quality are essential. On a daily basis, you will ensure the supervision of installations, the monitoring of alerts, and the overall proper functioning of the technical environment. You will contribute to maintaining the site in operational conditions, within a structured, demanding, and strongly service-continuity oriented framework.

Your main missions are as follows:

• ensure the daily supervision of the datacenter and associated tools;
• monitor alerts, qualify incidents, and coordinate necessary actions;
• participate in maintaining the IT and technical environment in operational conditions;
• apply operational procedures and contribute to their improvement;
• intervene in connection with internal teams, service providers, and technical interlocutors.

Profile sought:

We are looking for a candidate with initial experience in IT, supervision, technical operations, datacenter, or sensitive environments. You are recognized for your rigor, reactivity, and sense of responsibility. You appreciate structured environments, demanding technical contexts, and teamwork. A fluent level of English is imperative to operate within an international technical framework.

Conditions offered:

The position is based in eastern Lyon, on a CDI (permanent contract), with shift work including days, nights, and weekends. The remuneration is between 30 and 36 k€ gross per year depending on profile, including base salary, night shift premiums, as well as associated bonuses, notably attendance bonuses.
