Our client, a leading industrial player in the design and manufacture of rotomolded plastic parts, with over 55 years of experience, is recruiting a Human Resources Manager to autonomously lead its HR function, following a retirement. A member of an international group, the leading European player in rotomolding (over 800 employees distributed across ten countries), the company designs and produces technical plastic parts for numerous industrial sectors. It operates two production sites in France, in Pays de la Loire and Hauts-de-France, which employ approximately 120 people. Reporting directly to the Administrative and Financial Direction, you will hold a generalist and autonomous HRM position, covering all employees across the French sites. You will benefit from a handover period of approximately six months with the current holder and will lead the modernization of the HR function, particularly within the framework of ISO 9001 certification and the deployment of a new SIRH. The contractual job title is "Personnel Administration, Training, and Skills Management Manager." Your main missions will be as follows:
- Guarantee the reliability of payroll, which is currently outsourced, and ensure personnel administration as well as regulatory compliance, in connection with the service provider;
- Support the deployment and operation of the new SIRH;
- Provide legal monitoring and advice in social law, and secure the company's practices;
- Structure and increase the maturity of the HR function: job descriptions, skill profiles, professional and annual interviews, skills assessments;
- Support management in social dialogue and the conduct of mandatory annual negotiations (NAO);
- Build and manage the training plan, and optimize its financing;
- Monitor the HR aspect of occupational health and safety;
- Provide support to management regarding the monitoring of the payroll and salary assumptions.
Profile sought:
You have 5 to 10 years of experience in a generalist HR function, ideally acquired in an industrial environment, and possess solid skills in payroll and social law. With higher education in human resources or social law, you are proficient in English, which is essential for exchanges within the international group (notably with the Netherlands). Knowledge of a SIRH, particularly the Eurecia software, would be a plus. You are recognized for your autonomy, your rigor, and your ability to take a step back, to propose, and to structure. Possessing a strong personality, you are comfortable challenging and being challenged, in a direct and demanding working relationship with management.
