Cegid XRP Administrator - M/F

Description:

To support the Management and operational departments of our client, an SME with an international dimension, we are looking for a Cegid XRP Administrator expert in the Cegid XRP environment. Working in direct contact with Management and the Accounting Manager, you are the guarantor of the performance of the Group's digital tools:

1. Steering and Evolution of the IS

• Administer and evolve the ERP (Cegid XRP Sprint) and the GED (Therefore).
• Ensure the cohesion of tools (Office 365, business tools) and the optimization of processes.
• Lead digitalization and workflow automation projects.

1. Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Extract, control, and format data for statistical analyses.
• Provide accurate reporting to Management and international entities (subsidiaries/branches).
• Collaborate with the ADV and Accounting to guarantee the reliability of performance indicators.

1. Infrastructure & Security

• Define and lead the IT security policy (the Group's cyber-governance).
• Supervise the maintenance of the IT park and user support.
• Manage relationships with external service providers and conduct security audits.

Profile sought:

IS Expert (Bac+3/5) with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Mastery of the ERP Cegid XRP Sprint is indispensable, as is professional English to lead our international exchanges. Autonomous and pedagogical, your interpersonal skills allow you to support our business teams calmly.
