About Eurostat Group Eurostat Group is a developing French industrial Mid-Cap in Europe, specializing in the design and manufacture of technical solutions intended notably for protection against electrostatic discharges.
Your tasks
As part of the strengthening of our industrial organization, we are looking for a Production Assistant to support the daily management of our production activity.
Your role Reporting to the Production Director, you will provide operational and organizational support within the workshop.
Acting as a true information relay between production and the various departments of the company, you contribute to the monitoring of the production plan, the reliability of data, and the management of workshop performance.
You are present on the ground and work daily with the production teams and process pilots.
- Monitor the production plan, priorities, deadlines, and manufacturing orders;
- Prepare and monitor production KPI: yields, scrap, quality, costs, and deadlines;
- Participate in production routines and identify deviations;
- Ensure the monitoring of records, controls, self-checks, and traceability elements;
- Contribute to compliance with quality, safety, and 5S standards;
- Ensure the interface with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Tooling, and
Methods departments;
- Participate in continuous improvement processes and the reliability of production
data.
- Control the consistency and reliability of production data.

Requirements
Your profile
- Bac +2/3 in production management, industrial management, logistics, or equivalent;
- Initial experience in an industrial environment is appreciated;
- Good mastery of Excel and ease with ERP (Syteline ideally);
- Professional English indispensable B2 minimum (multilingual European environment).
- Organization, rigor, reactivity, and analytical capacity;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication sense;
- Taste for the field and teamwork.

Position to be filled on a CDI basis at the production site based in PONT DE POITTE (39130), remuneration according to profile.
