Junior Conveyancer – Sutton Coldfield Leading Regional Law Firm | Career Progression Firm SJC Partners are working with a leading regional law firm looking to recruit a Junior Conveyancer to join its Residential Property team in Sutton Coldfield. The firm offers a supportive environment, a steady flow of work and excellent opportunities to develop your conveyancing career. Role The successful candidate will have previous Residential Conveyancing experience and be comfortable managing their own files or progressing matters with supervision. Applications are welcomed from Junior Conveyancers, experienced Paralegals and Legal Assistants with fee-earning experience. You'll work alongside experienced Conveyancers, developing your technical knowledge and taking on greater responsibility.

Your tasks

• Managing residential sales and purchases
• Handling freehold and leasehold matters
• Assisting with remortgages and transfers of equity
• Reviewing searches, titles and enquiries
• Preparing conveyancing documentation
• Liaising with clients, agents and lenders
• Progressing files through to completion
