Commercial Property Solicitor

Birmingham 1–3 Years' PQE | Leading National Law Firm Firm SJC Partners are working with a leading national law firm looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing Birmingham team. The firm has an excellent reputation for its Real Estate work, advising an impressive range of commercial clients across the UK. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor looking for better-quality work, strong support from senior lawyers and genuine opportunities for progression.

Role

The successful candidate will ideally have 1–3 years' PQE and previous experience handling Commercial Property matters. You'll work alongside experienced Partners and Solicitors on a varied caseload, gaining exposure to complex transactions while developing your own client relationships and technical expertise. The firm is looking for someone commercially minded, motivated and keen to progress within a well-established national practice.

Responsibilities

• Handling commercial property sales and acquisitions
• Advising on leases and landlord and tenant matters
• Assisting with property development and investment work
• Drafting and negotiating property documentation
• Liaising with clients and other professional advisers
• Supporting senior lawyers on larger transactions
• Building client relationships and contributing to team growth
