Concrete Finisher Ballycommon Sizewell C

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of concrete finishing, including levelling, tamping, floating, edging and finishing to the required specification.
• Repair and finish concrete surfaces to achieve the required quality standards.
• Assist with the placement, compaction and curing of concrete.
• Work safely around reinforced concrete structures and temporary works.
• Support general civils and groundworks activities when concrete finishing works are not taking place.
• Read and work from drawings and site instructions where required.
• Maintain a safe working environment and comply with all site health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a site team to meet programme deadlines.

Qualifications

• Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card (Concrete Finisher, Specialist Concrete Occupations, or another relevant skilled occupation)
• Valid CITB HSE Test

Experience

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher on major civil engineering or heavy infrastructure projects.
• Experience in reinforced concrete works and high-quality concrete finishing.
• Willingness to assist with general civils and groundworks activities as required.
