YOUR ROLE

• You are the first point of contact for our customers - friendly, expert, and with a passion for sales and service
• You convince with tailor-made offers and make every customer experience something special
• You handle rental contracts and customer inquiries - organized, service-oriented, and always with a smile
• You assist in preparing vehicles, support efficient branch processes, and represent the premium SIXT brand
• You manage the delivery and collection of vehicles between branches and ensure timely service

YOUR SKILLS

• You love sales and have a passion for service and customer advice
• You have experience in direct customer contact - preferably in service, tourism, or sales
• You are communicative and expressive - in German and English
• You are flexible, a team player, and available with full energy for shifts in rotating shifts, also on weekends and public holidays - full-time
• You possess a valid driving license B
