YOUR MANAGEMENT CAREER AT SIXT

• You take on responsibilities from the start of your 12-month program, support the achievement of our operational goals, and contribute to greater efficiency and shared success within the team. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed directly into a leadership position anywhere in Spain
• You gain a comprehensive view of key business areas such as Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management, and continue to develop according to clear learning and performance objectives
• You work in day-to-day operations from day one, learn our essential functions such as Rental Sales Agent, and receive support through training in communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving strategies
• You collaborate closely with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership directly on the job

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Growth mindset You hold a Degree or have experience performing tasks in sales and customer service, tourism, hospitality, or management
• Leadership potential and entrepreneurial spirit You have a practical and entrepreneurial mindset, driven to lead: you don't wait for instructions, you take the initiative
• Communication excellence You have strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
• Proactive attitude You work independently, solve problems, and take responsibility
• Availability for mobility You are open to rotating between different locations and branches and have availability to move to another island if necessary
• Driver's License You possess a valid driver's license to drive in Spain
