YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Welcome customers at the Parking Area, delivering vehicles and managing incoming and outgoing ones

• Perform vehicle condition checks, both upon return and before use, ensuring high quality standards

• Coordinate vehicle washing and any necessary maintenance, respecting service timelines

• Maintain excellent communication with customers, ensuring a Premium service in line with SIXT standards

• Supervise suppliers to ensure compliance with company quality criteria

• Contribute to the achievement of quantitative and qualitative KPI

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Languages You speak English very well; knowledge of a second language is a plus

• Flexibility You are available to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Experience You have previous experience in Customer Service and are used to working towards individual and team goals

• Communication You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as flexibility and the ability to manage stress

• Skills You possess excellent IT knowledge and are willing to wear the company uniform

• Mobility You have a valid driver's license
