Management Career Program

Do you want to prepare for a leadership position and work actively in our branches?

Join our Management Career Program: a structured and dynamic 12-month path, designed to train future Branch Managers. After each phase, you will take an assessment exam to access the next one. At the end, having passed the final exam, you will be able to lead a branch as a Branch Manager, with your own team and your own goals!

Program start: Monday, November 2, 2026

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Field training (3 months) experience every operational role in the branch (check-in, sales, fleet), with a focus on customer satisfaction and damage detection
• Headquarters experience (2 months) support central teams in Milan in areas such as fleet, pricing, HR, and B2B sales
• Job Rotation in key branches support Senior Branch Managers and collaborate on projects together with Area Directors
• Workshops and online modules enrich your experience with technical and managerial training
• Regular evaluations every phase concludes with an assessment, culminating in a final exam to obtain the role of Branch Manager

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Educational background You hold a Degree in relevant disciplines or have professional experience in similar contexts
• Sales talent You enjoy direct contact with customers and have a natural talent for sales
• Practical experience and management skills You bring valuable experience from sectors such as Retail or Tourism, you have a goal-oriented mindset, and you excel in customer service
• Communication and Languages You possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and have an excellent knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus
• Flexibility You are available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours. You are available for travel and relocation throughout the national territory
• Driving license You possess a valid driving license with at least 12 months of driving experience
