Logistics Clerk (Bolzano)

For the new Sixt Legal Entity which will be located in Bolzano, we are looking for a Logistics Clerk, who will be responsible for fleet management at our new offices.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Management, entry, and updating of data relating to the corporate fleet, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with company policies
• Archiving and maintenance of operational documentation in compliance with internal procedures and current legislation
• Drafting of minutes, reports, and presentations to support departmental activities, also during internal and external audits and verifications
• Administrative control and documentary verification activities with particular attention to identifying anomalies, discrepancies, or non-compliance with established procedures
• Constant monitoring of administrative deadlines and punctual updating of databases, registers, and control dashboards
• Recording and tracking of any operational irregularities, ensuring continuous oversight of assigned processes and the relative follow-up of corrective actions
• Management of administrative aspects relating to suppliers and external consultants involved in fleet processes
• Operational and administrative coordination of internal functions and external interlocutors involved in fleet management processes
• Support for in-fleet and de-fleet processes of vehicles in compliance with company procedures.
• Use of corporate information systems and IT tools to support all assigned activities.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Experience: you have proven previous experience in administrative or logistics roles, in structured and international companies, preferably in the automotive sector

Document management and reporting: you have excellent organizational skills and precision in managing documents and drafting reports and databases, with particular attention to compliance with company policies

Effective communication: you have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and can easily interact with different interlocutors, both internal and external

Language skills: you are fluent in English, both in written and spoken form

IT knowledge: you have advanced knowledge of MS Office systems and data analysis tools and administrative/accounting management systems

Collaboration and cross-functional coordination: you have excellent interpersonal skills and an attitude to work in synergy with different company departments and external interlocutors to facilitate the flow of information and support effective decision-making processes.
