Your tasks

Are you passionate about the automotive sector and customer service? At SIXT, we are looking for a Damage Agent to be responsible for reviewing damage files generated in our various branches nationwide. Your goal will be to collect all the necessary information to manage claims for compensation for repair costs, roadside assistance or loss, among others. This role is essential to ensure that our claims processes are efficient and effective, thus contributing to our customers' satisfaction and the company's success.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Reviewing the damage coverage contracted by the customer and verifying the damage reports or signed return protocols
• Establishing first contact with customers requesting clarifications on the circumstances of the incident
• Collecting damage assessments through expert reports or repair invoices
• Sending claim emails requesting compensation from customers and insurance companies
• Processing requests and responses from customers, both external and internal, via email and telephone
• Following up on cases and deadlines to collect requested information and sending reminders if necessary

Requirements

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You have previous experience in insurance processing or claims and/or at least 1 year of experience in administrative jobs
• Having studies in Administration, Tourism or Business or similar is an advantage
• You have extensive knowledge of English or German (or both) and communicate effectively
• You are an organized and dynamic person, capable of working under pressure
• You enjoy working in a team and collaborate effectively with your colleagues
