YOUR TASKS

• Customer Experience You will create the best rental experience for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and resolving any doubts or management related to the vehicle
• Vehicle Management You will be responsible for moving and delivering cars to our customers, ensuring that each vehicle is in the right place and in perfect condition
• Inspection and Recording You will perform vehicle inspections, checking the bodywork, interior, and accessories. You will check fuel levels and mileage, recording any new damage and taking photos or videos as proof
• Parking Organization You will be in charge of organizing the cars in the parking lot, ensuring an efficient flow and vehicle availability
• Operational Support You will support back office operational tasks, including updating the vehicle status in the SIXT database and processing additional charges
• Internal Coordination You will notify the cleaning and maintenance team to prepare the cars for the next rental and report any damage in the system

YOUR PROFILE

• Talent for customer service You are enthusiastic and enjoy direct contact with customers
• Practical experience and communication skills You bring valuable experience in sectors such as services or tourism, you have a service-oriented mindset, and you speak English fluently
• Organization and Attention to detail You like to work in a structured manner and possess a high capacity for observation
• Flexibility You are available to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and you have a flexible approach to working hours
• Driving license You have a valid driving license for driving vehicles
