Agent Account Receivable (m/f/d)

As Agent Account Receivable, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating customer collection processes, ensuring that payments are made in a timely and proper manner. You will negotiate payment plans, resolve inquiries related to overdue invoices, and monitor debts against credit limits to minimize financial risks.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You will coordinate the collection of customer debts, ensuring they pay in the time and manner established by the company and reducing the balance of uncollectible accounts
• You will negotiate payment plans with customers, establishing specific conditions
• You will attend to and resolve internal and external inquiries associated with overdue/pending invoices of corporate customers
• You will constantly monitor debts against credit limits to reduce exposure
• You will correct payment incidents, in addition to other administrative tasks inherent to the position

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education You have Vocational Training or a Degree related to Administration and Finance or related areas
• Administrative experience Experience in similar roles of accounts receivable management or financial administration
• Responsibility and autonomy You consider yourself resourceful, you like to add value, and you feel comfortable with back office tasks, working in an organized manner
• Communication You feel comfortable dealing with customers, being an excellent communicator, and you speak English at a medium-high level (B2)
• IT tools You are proficient in office software, especially mastering Excel
