Car Sales Administrator (m/f/d)

We are looking to hire an Administrator in our fleet department; you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing the monitoring of vehicle sales, updating databases, and resolving issues with customers and suppliers.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You will be responsible for monitoring vehicle sales associated with the Car Sales area
• You will perform the administrative tasks of the department, offering support to the team in managing the available fleet, as well as providing support for vehicle invoicing
• You will update the database with the status of the vehicles (accidents, availability, etc.)
• You will manage contact with customers/suppliers via telephone/email for incident resolution

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You have experience performing administrative tasks and possess customer service skills
• You are an organized and methodical person, with the ability to work autonomously in dynamic environments
• You communicate effectively and enjoy being in contact with people
• You handle office software with ease, especially Excel
• You hold a B1 driving license and have a fluent level of English
