Combined Rental Representative

We are looking for both full-time and part-time applicants.

Tasks As a combined rental representative, you are responsible for delivering our services to our customers in the best possible way. Daily life consists of extensive customer contact both face-to-face and via telephone and email. We deliver a service where the customer's needs are always in focus. Furthermore, you are also responsible for ensuring that our rental cars are prepared and washed according to our standard. You also have responsibility for products (child seats, ski racks, etc.), damage registration, follow-up of services, and tire changes. Logistics, preparation, sales, and customer service are the core of the daily routine. Preparation of rental cars (washing, etc.)

Overview and control of damages, service status, and tire stock

Changing tires during tire changes

Providing excellent customer service in all situations

Presentation and upselling of our products to customers in the best possible way

Handling telephone and email inquiries

Organizing daily reservations in relation to available fleet

Reporting and other incidental office work

Qualifications As a combined rental representative, you are the one our customers meet every day. You represent Sixt Bilutleie and are genuinely concerned with service and enjoy customer contact. We place high demands on our products and how we present them, with the desire to exceed the customer's expectations. You also have responsibility for the standard of the product we deliver. Daily life is driven by the customer's needs, and your ability to work quickly and accurately is crucial for the quality we deliver. By delivering a premium experience, you are helping to build Norway's best car rental chain. Minimum driver's license class B (manual and automatic transmission)

Pristine criminal record (Politiattest)

Genuine service mindset and good interpersonal skills

Good sales skills

Fast and accurate with high work capacity (also during physical work)

Structured and able to manage logistics in an ever-changing/hectic daily life

Fluent Norwegian / English, oral and written

Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
