Contract Manager

One of our Contract Managers is moving on to a new position within the company, and we are therefore looking for a new dedicated and competent employee for the department!

We are looking for you who want to be the hub in our customer projects, who through informal leadership and technical competence can drive our large customer projects all the way to the finish line. Your tasks include ensuring that our customer project deliveries meet contract requirements regarding time, money, and technology; you have primary responsibility for all communication with the customer as well as internally within your project group; you budget, plan, and follow up on the project in collaboration with other responsible parties in the project group. You participate on a daily basis in various forums and contribute to decision-making in a range of areas such as commercial, technical, product functional, etc. You are also responsible for, together with managers from the relevant departments, ensuring that the customer project receives the resources it needs. The role includes risk management for the project as well as handling bank documentation such as letter of credit.

You are responsible for following up on the project both through monthly reporting together with the finance department and also monitoring project status in your project group through regular project meetings. Our customer projects follow established process descriptions and routines.

We believe that you have an educational background in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar, and that you are communicative and interested in technology. Your working style is characterized by commitment, good structure, and a large dose of curiosity. The position involves many contact surfaces, both internal and external, so your social and communicative abilities are especially important. You are proficient in our corporate language, English, in both speech and writing.
