Travel Agency Counter - Sales

• Assist and advise clients interested in domestic and international travel.
• Prepare and send quotes for tourist packages, air tickets, hotels, insurance, and complementary services.
• Perform commercial follow-up with clients and quotes until the sale is finalized.
• Manage inquiries and sales opportunities via WhatsApp, calls, and CRM.
• Make reservations and coordinate with operators, wholesalers, and tourism providers.
• Keep client information and sales progress updated in the system.
• Provide assistance before, during, and after the trip, ensuring a good customer experience.
• Meet commercial objectives and actively participate in the agency's sales campaigns and strategies.

Requerimientos

• Minimum education: Técnico
• 1 year of experience
• Languages: Inglés
• Age: between 25 and 49 years
• Knowledge: Capacidad de asesorar, Asesoría comercial, Microsoft office, Seguimiento, Servicio al cliente, Ventas, Coordinación, Administración de atención al cliente
