KAM Logistical Services

Sitrans Servicios Integrados de Transporte Ltda. An important company belonging to Grupo Ultramar is looking for a KAM Logistical Services.

Job Objectives:

Communicate and provide the sale and promotion of our company's services, offering the full range of current or future services, to individuals or companies in the assigned area, achieving budgeted sales, volumes, and margins.

Main Functions:

• Coordinate and verify the delivery of services, in accordance with the standards established in the contract.
• Design and establish management reports for sales, services, and customers.
• Analyze and verify the collection of services (in person or by telephone) with more than 30 days overdue.
• Periodically analyze and review the budget established in the commercial plan.
• Structure and coordinate service bidding processes and quotations of all scales.
• Coordinate and document each closing in the handover document to the managers.
• Comply with the standards established by the company regarding Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Supply Chain Security.

Required Knowledge:

• Sales and Negotiation Techniques
• Commercial Management
• Customer/Internal and External Provider Service
• Intermediate - Advanced English
• Intermediate - Advanced Excel

Experience:

1 or 2 years in commercial areas.

Studies:

Professional with studies in Ingeniería Comercial, Civil Industrial, or a related career.
