Continuous Improvement Engineer

Mintral, a logistics company for mining, is looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer for its agency located in Santiago in the commune of San Bernardo.

Job Objectives:

Analyze and verify the projects and operational processes required by the Business Unit to achieve optimization of its tasks and the technological design of solutions, continuously improving service levels.

Functions:

• Design and establish processes and functional models based on the requirements of the different business areas.
• Analyze and advise on improvement projects that allow for the efficiency of the services delivered to clients.
• Design and analyze the construction of key performance indicators for the processes in which they are involved.
• Verify and establish monitoring of the dashboards and initiatives under their responsibility.
• Comply with the standards established by the company regarding Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality.

Required Knowledge

• English Basic-Intermediate Level.
• Process Modeling.
• Process Design Tools.
• Office Intermediate Level.

Experience:

Recent graduate or 1 year of experience in functions of surveying, designing, and redesigning processes of productive or industrial companies.

Education:

Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Commercial Engineer, or related career.
